Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between Fullsuite (“we”, “us”) and the business or person using Chiki (“you”). By creating an account or using Chiki, you agree to them. If you use Chiki for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Chiki lets you add a chat assistant to your website. It answers visitors' questions from website pages and answers you provide, and helps visitors get in touch through forms and chat. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we'll give you reasonable notice.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including people you give access to.
- Tell us promptly at mazen@fullsuite.agency if you think your account is misused.
3. Your content and your visitors
- You own your content: your website pages, answers, settings, and the chats, contacts, files and form submissions from your visitors. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the service for you.
- You must have the right to use the website content you ask the assistant to learn from.
- You're responsible for your visitors' privacy. That includes having a privacy policy on your website that covers the chat, linking it in the chat's settings, and handling the personal information you receive lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains our part.
- Don't ask visitors for payment card details, passwords, government ID numbers or health information through the chat.
4. AI answers
The assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. It is designed to answer only from your content and to say when it doesn't know, and it shows the pages each answer comes from. You should check its answers in the Playground, keep your website and FAQs accurate, and not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or safety advice. You're responsible for how you use its answers with your customers.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Chiki to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, or mislead or harass people;
- collect information from people without telling them, or for any purpose they wouldn't expect;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits and security of the service; or
- upload malware or content you don't have the right to share.
We may limit or suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are the ones we agree with you in writing or show when you choose a plan. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
7. Other services we rely on
Chiki relies on providers for hosting, databases, AI models and email (listed in our Privacy Policy). We choose them carefully but aren't responsible for their outages or changes.
8. Availability
We work to keep Chiki running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Chiki and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing mazen@fullsuite.agency. We may end these terms if you seriously break them, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. After your account closes, you can ask us for an export of your chats and submissions within 30 days, after which we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows:
- the service is provided “as is”, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or data;
- our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, where the Australian Consumer Law applies, to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
You're responsible for claims that arise from your content or from how you use the service in breach of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Chiki after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales can hear any dispute.
